Our Rooms
Named after streets within Hastings Old Town, our nine guest rooms are designed with luxury, comfort and relaxation in mind. With their unique characters, each one is individually and stylishly furnished, whilst also including everything you need to make your stay perfect.
All our rooms have wifi and Freeview televisions with built-in dvds. In the lounge in our top-floor reading nook there are a selection books for you to enjoy during your stay. In the bathrooms, our wonderful soaps, shampoo body washes come from our very own ‘Copley with Oast & Rye’ toiletry range.
Tea making facilities are provided in each room. Complete with Ringtons’ Tea, quality coffee & homemade biscuits. Fresh milk is available for each room with plenty of dairy alternatives upon request.

Our first priority is to keep everyone safe, that's you our guests, but also our team. We see this as a partnership of trust, so we ask you to please play your part in keeping everyone safe. In return, we will be doing the same for you. We have applied all government guidelines, and have adapted them as the guidelines have changed. We will continue to follow our safety procedures.
